Lezonder connection privacy

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy when you choose to connect Lezonder to ChatGPT or Codex, services operated by OpenAI. The connection is for existing, current paying Lezonder members. It does not change eligibility or participation in a monthly draw; draw participation remains subject to Lezonder’s age and jurisdiction rules.
Your separate choice to share
Connecting a tracker or allowing Apple Health synchronization does not authorize sharing with OpenAI. Connecting Lezonder to ChatGPT or Codex requires a separate sign-in and explicit permission on the Lezonder authorization screen. Read the sharing permissions before approving. You may decline or revoke them and continue using Lezonder. Approve only a connection you started yourself.
Information the connection shares
With your results permission, the two tools allow OpenAI to request only the date and Lezonder Sleep Score of your latest visible result, and dated Lezonder Sleep Scores for up to seven local calendar days. Missing or hidden days are not supplied. These derived scores may reveal information about your sleep habits.
The tools do not share tickets, monthly ticket totals, ticket reasons, draw status, or prize probabilities. The connection cannot enter a draw, change participation, upgrade a subscription, or make payments. Historical permissions do not add tools or fields to this version.
Sharing a result also requires a reviewed permission basis covering the data used to calculate it. If that basis is unverified, the connection returns a sharing-permission error without your results. It does not change your Lezonder Sleep Score or treat a refused result as missing. Your consent does not override restrictions on source data. You can continue viewing your results in Lezonder.
The tools do not provide raw tracker or HealthKit records, sleep stages or durations, email addresses, account profiles, account metadata, payment details, or another person’s data.
Sign-in and account linking are separate from the tools. Depending on the permissions shown during OAuth consent, Clerk may share your account identifier, email address and verification status, name, and profile image with OpenAI. Identity and refresh permissions help link the correct account and keep the connection signed in; they do not grant access to additional Lezonder data.
Purpose and recipients
Lezonder sends the permitted fields to OpenAI when ChatGPT or Codex calls a tool on your behalf, so it can answer your questions and summarize your Lezonder results. OpenAI processes the received information under its terms and privacy policy. Clerk handles sign-in and permissions; Lezonder’s existing hosting providers process requests to deliver the connection. Lezonder does not sell these fields or send them to advertising or engagement analytics through this connection. It provides information, not medical advice.
Retention and model training
Lezonder does not store conversation transcripts or additional copies of tool responses. Your underlying Lezonder records remain subject to the retention and deletion provisions in our Privacy Policy. Operational logs contain request identifiers, routes, status, error codes, and timing, without tokens, account identifiers, or sleep values.
Information already received by OpenAI may be retained in your conversation and other service records. OpenAI’s retention and use for model training follow your ChatGPT plan or workspace, applicable Data Controls, and OpenAI’s terms. Lezonder does not require you to disable model improvement and cannot set or override those controls. Review OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and data controls before sharing sleep-derived information.
Revoking access and requesting deletion
Disconnect Lezonder in ChatGPT or Codex. To revoke the Lezonder authorization grant, contact hello@lezonder.com for help with revocation. Revocation stops subsequent authorized reads. Disconnecting a tracker is a separate action and does not revoke this connection.
Disconnecting does not delete information OpenAI already received. Use OpenAI’s conversation-deletion and privacy-request controls for recipient-held copies. To request deletion of Lezonder-held records, email ea@lezonder.com; we verify ownership and handle the request under our Privacy Policy, including required record-retention exceptions.
