Lezonder connection support
The Lezonder connection lets you ask ChatGPT or Codex about your latest Lezonder Sleep Score and up to seven local days of dated sleep scores. It requires an existing account with current Lezonder membership and separate sharing permission. It does not share tickets, ticket reasons, draw status, or prize probabilities.
Sign in with your Lezonder account and approve only the information you want to share. If permission has expired or been revoked, reconnect when prompted. Read the connection privacy notice before approving. Private availability does not mean the connection is listed in the public Plugin Directory.
A missing result or date means no visible result is available. Keep your tracker connected and check synchronization in the Lezonder app. The connection does not synchronize trackers, enter a draw, change participation, make payments, upgrade memberships, or provide medical advice.
A sharing-permission error means the data-source permission basis has not been confirmed. Reconnecting or granting more OAuth scopes does not resolve that error. Your results remain available in Lezonder; contact support if you need help. Do not send sleep records to support.
To disconnect, remove Lezonder in ChatGPT or Codex. For help revoking the authorization grant, contact hello@lezonder.com. Revocation stops future Lezonder access; it does not delete information already received by OpenAI. The privacy notice explains deletion requests.
Contact hello@lezonder.com with the approximate time and error message. Please do not send passwords, authorization tokens, tracker records, or private health information. Privacy requests go to ea@lezonder.com.
